Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some answers to common questions we receive. If your question is not below, please contact support.

Access to sciPAD Online is provided at no additional cost upon the purchase of a workbook.

sciPAD Online has been designed to complement our write-on workbooks, and it is included as a complimentary feature with each sciPAD workbook purchase. Presently, online access cannot be obtained separately without acquiring a workbook. However, for bulk purchasers, such as schools, we may provide online-only course options in specific cases. For further details, please contact us via email at sales@scipad.com.au

After your school order is submitted to sciPAD, instructions for teachers and students will be sent to your contact email in late January. If you haven’t used sciPAD Online before and would like to preview it, please email support@scipadonline.com.au

Yes, with valid proof of workbook purchase, we will grant access to sciPAD Online. Please note that this applies to bulk, class, or school signups.

Access to sciPAD Online is granted for the year in which you make the purchase. If you are planning to run multi-year programs, reach out to us at support@scipadonline.com.au before the month of December in the preceding year to discuss your specific needs.

Please email support@scipadonline.com.au with the book title, topic, lesson or URL of the activity.

Your students will need to register themselves at www.scipadonline.com.au using your class code. You may find it helpful to watch a short instructional video provided in the support section.

Yes, the classes will appear as your teachers create them. You will see students as they are added. Additionally, you have the ability to edit students, classes, emails, and reset passwords. It’s important to note that as the Head of Department/Head of Faculty, you do not generate other teachers’ classes or enter their students.

sciPAD Online is purposefully designed as a standalone platform. Students will have the capability to export their work as a PDF file and subsequently upload it to their Google Drive or Google Classroom space (currently in development).

There are no setup fees,  and teacher accounts are free (with the purchase of class sets of workbooks).
